摘    要:通过茶枝屑代料栽培试验,比较了10个灵芝菌株菌丝和子实体的生长状况及多糖含量等指标.结果表明:韩芝8号菌株的菌丝生长速度最快,为0.32 cm.d-1;G10033菌株的生物转化率最高,达5.94%;0786菌株的多糖含量最高,为1.45%.经过综合比较分析,初步筛选出韩芝8号、G10033和0786等3个菌株为茶枝屑代料栽培的菌株.

Abstract:This study compared mycelium growth,fruitbody growth and polysaccharide contents of 10 Ganoderma lucidum strains cultivated with tea cutting.The results showed that the mycelium growth speed of the strain Hanzhi 8 was the highest,being 0.32 cm·d-1.Average biological conversion of the strain G10033 was the highest,being 5.94%.The polysaccharide content of the strain 0786 was the highest,being 1.45%.After a comprehensive comparative analysis,the strains of Hanzhi 8,G10033 and 0786 were considered to be suitable for cultivation with tea cutting as substract.
