| 摘 要： | 铅是对人体有害的元素。在人参的质检工作中，应用AFS-2202原子荧光光度计测定铅的含量，具有操作简单，快速，取样量少，本底干扰少，灵敏度高等优点。铅的检出限为0．50ng／ml，适合大批量的样品分析。

| Abstract: | Pb is harmful to health .In aim to control of ginseng quality ,the determination of pb level by AFS-2202 atomic fluorometer has a advantagious of simple fast micro Sample,high sensitivity and low reagent disturbance. The response testing limit of Pb is 0.50ng/ml,Compatible with large sample analysis. |
