豇豆苗期耐热性鉴定研究

摘    要:为建立豇豆耐热性快速鉴定体系,通过高温胁迫对12个豇豆材料进行热害指数的调查,对其中4个有代表性品种进一步测定细胞膜的相对电导率和叶绿素含量,结果表明:随着高温胁迫时间的延长,不同豇豆品种的热害指数和相对电导率明显上升、叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;其中之豇28-2和丰产四号的热害指数、相对电导率和叶绿素含量的变化幅度均较大、为耐热性较差的品种,丰产二号变化幅度较小、为耐热性较好的品种,宝丰的耐热性介于两者之间.

Abstract:To establish rapid assaying system for heat-tolerance of yardlong bean(Vigna unguiculata(Linn.)Walp.),the changing laws of heat injury indices were studied of twelve yardlong bean varieties in high temperature stress.Then electrical conductivity and chlorophyll content were further studied of four representative varieties.The results showed that heat injury index and electrical conductivity increased while the chlorophyll content decreased with the time went by.The changing scope were large in zhijiang 28-2 and fengchan No.4 which indicated that they were heat-sensitive varieties,while the changing scope were low in fengchan No.2 and it was heat-tolerance varieties,baofeng was among them.
