脱落酸对咖啡幼苗抗冷性的效应

摘    要:以影响膜结构完整的有关酶系统(超氧物歧化酶及过氧化物酶的活性)与非酶系统(Vc 含量)为主要生理生化指标,以增强抗冷性(电导率或相对电导率)为依据,测定脱落酸(ABA)对咖啡幼苗抗冷性的效应。结果表明,用100—150ppmABA,预处理24小时,效果最佳。用 ABA处理,对叶片(或子叶)效应显著,对根系基本无效应;喷叶与浸根两种方法都能提高幼苗的抗冷性。比较 ABA 与其他植物激素对咖啡幼苗低温生理效应的结果表明,ABA 显著增强幼苗抗冷性,吲哚乙酸、6—(?)基嘌呤和乙烯利无此效应,乙烯利甚至加重冷害。ABA 的作用可能与参与控制水分丢失以及保持膜结构完整的代谢过程有关。低温下秋水仙碱加重咖啡幼苗的冷害。ABA 能减缓秋水仙碱所引起的冷害,而且 ABA 应用在秋水仙碱的使用或低温之前一定时间效果更佳。低温诱导细胞微管拆卸是冷害的一个原因,ABA 的另一作用是与参与微管网状物的生理稳定性活动有关。

Abstract:The effects of ABA on regulation of resistance of coffee seedlings to chillinginjury were tested in terms of the influence of the activity of enzyme system(Su-peroxide dismutase and peroxidase)and the content of nonenzyme system(Vitaman C)on the integrity of membrance structure and the enhancement of resistance to chillinginjury(electron-conductivity or relative electron-conductivity)after treatments.Thebest effects of ABA were seen in pretreatment for 24 hr at the concentration of 100-150 ppm.Remarkable effects were observed on treated leaves(or cotyledons)otherthan roots.Both the methods of leaf spraying and root soaking were able to increasethe resistance of coffee seedlings to chilling injury.Comparison studies showed that,ABA apparently increased the resistance of cof-fee seedlings to chilling injury,while IAA,BA and ethrel didn't give the effect,and ethrel even aggravated chilling injury.The action of ABA may be related to itsinvolving in the metabolic process of water loss and membrance structure integrityprotection.Under low temperature colchicine exacerbated the chilling injury.ABA how-ever,could counteract the effect of colchicine to some extent,which was most notice-able when the application of ABA was made before colchicine and low temperaturetreatments.This indicated that,the disassembly of the microtubules induced by lowtemperature was one of the factors responsible for chilling injury.It thus seems thatABA also played some part in maintaining the physiological stability of the micro-tubule network.
