摘    要:研究猪粪发酵液厌氧消化过程的温度、接种率和原料添加量的优化条件,为猪粪废水的资源化利用提供参考。猪粪发酵液厌氧消化试验选择环境温度、接种率和原料添加量作为三因子,每因子设三水平进行正交试验。研究表明.温度对猪粪发酵液厌氧产气有显著影响,温度能影响物料水解过程,从而影响发酵液的pH值和氨氮值,二者关系到产气过程。猪粪发酵液厌氧产气优选组合是温度55℃、接种率30%、原料添加量100g,20d累积产气量达8899mL;TS降解率最好的组合为温度55℃、接种率30%、原料添加量80g,降解率达85.54%。

Abstract:In order to support recycling of livestock manure as resource,temperature,inoculation and concentration of fermented materials were investigated to optimize methane production from pig slurry.Based on temperature,inoculation and concentration of pig manure liquid,an orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize pig manure fermentation.Every factor contented three levels for the test.The results showed that anaerobic process of pig slurry was significantly influenced by temperature.Maximum methane volume(88...
