| 摘 要： | 对 7个抗孢囊线虫的大豆材料和 10个感孢囊线虫的大豆品种的基因组DNA进行了RAPD分析 ,获得了 5个与大豆孢囊线虫病抗性相关的DNA片段 ,这些RAPD标记具有较高的重复性和稳定性 ,可辅助抗大豆孢囊线虫病大豆新品种的选育

The Obtaining of Relative Resistant to Soybean Cyst Nematode RAPD Fragments |

| Abstract: | RAPD-PCR technique was employed to analyze genome DNA of 7 soybean accessions resistant to SCN and 10 soybean accessions sensitive to SCN.Five DNA fragments showing significant relativity to the phenomenon of resistance to SCN were obtained.These RAPD markers had great reproducibility and stability and could assist to select new cultivable accessions resistant to SCN. |
