摘    要:以‘文椰2号’、‘文椰3号’和‘椰4号’成熟种果为材料,研究种果长宽比值、预处理方法对种果萌发率、萌发时间、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同长宽比值对种果发芽率没有显著影响,但对萌发时间影响显著,对幼苗生长指标也有显著影响。不同预处理对部分品种的萌发时间和萌发率存在显著影响,部分生长指标与对照相比得到显著提高。

Abstract:Mature seednuts of 'Wenye 2', 'Wenye 3' and 'Wenye 4' were used to research the influence of aspect ratio and pretreatment methods of seednuts on the germination rate, germination time and seedling growth. The result showed, aspect ratio has no significant effect on germination rate, but affect germination time significantly, and has significant influence to some indicators of the seedling growth. The seednuts with different pretreatment have significant difference on germination time and germination rate in some varieties, comparing with control, some growth. Indicators of the seedling growth were improved significantly.
