| Abstract: | The grain quality has become the most important factor in the development of rice market in China. The research progresses in the inheritance of important grain quality characters and the interrelationship between these characters were summarized. Meanwhile, the existing research problems were pointed out and the research orientation in the future was also suggested for improving grain quality of rice in the paper. |
