石墨炉原子吸收法测定河流中重金属铅的含量

摘    要:目的]对贵州省六冲河的重金属铅污染情况进行评价。(方法]使用石墨炉原子吸收法对贵州省六冲河3个采样布设点的水质进行分析,测定其中的铅含量。结果]六冲河重金属铅测定的加标回收率为99.67%~103.30%,RSD为0.8~1.8,3个采样点水中铅含量分别为2.93、2.86和2.76μg/L。结论]六冲河的重金属铅含量较低,但今后仍应当防止铅含量超标引起河流污染。

Determination of the Contents of Lead in River by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to evaluate the pollution status of lead in Liuchong River of Guizhou Province. Method ] The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to analyze the quality, especially the lead contents of three water samples in Liuchong River, Guizhou Province. Result] The results showed that recoveries were between 99.67% and 103.3%. The RSD was between 0.8 and 1.8. The concentrations of three samples were 2.93,2.86 and 2.76 μg/L, respectively. Conclusion] This research proved that the contents of lead in Liuchong River were low. While the river pollution caused by higher lead contents still should be emphasized.
