摘    要:目的]为控制蛇鳄龟养殖成本,探索适合当地实际的效益型蛇鳄龟稚幼龟高密度培育技术。方法]2012年9月~2013年4月,利用控温温室,人工控制气温31~33℃、水温30~31℃,稚龟放养密度50只/m2,采用“一次放足全程培育法”培育蛇鳄龟幼龟。结果]经7个月的培育,稚龟成活率达91.8%,雌龟规格达500~750g,雄龟达450~550g;稚幼龟培育平均投入产出比1:1.35。结论]该试验为蛇鳄龟在当地的养殖与技术推广提供了依据。

The Test of Greenhouse High-density Cultivation of Chelydraser Pentina Juvenile Turtles

Abstract: Objective ] To control the breeding costs of chelydraser pentina, and explore the high density cuhivation techniques of chelydraser pentina juvenile turtles for the local practical efficiency. Method ] In September 2012 - April 2013, using the temperature control greenhouse, manual control temperature was 31 -33℃, water temperature was 30 -31 ℃, hatchlings stocking density was 50/m2, the chelydraser pentina turtles were nurtured by adopting "a place full throughout the Education Law". Result] After seven months of nurturing, the survival rate of the hatchling was 91.8%, the female turtles specifications reached 500 -750 g and males reached 450 -550 g; the average input-output ratio of juvenile turtles cultivate was 1:1.35. Conclusion] The trial provides the basis for the farming and technology promotion of the chelydraser pentina at local.
