双丙酮丙烯酰胺的合成研究

摘    要:以丙酮和丙烯腈为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,合成了纯度为99.5%的双丙酮丙烯酰胺.考察了反应温度、反应时间和洗涤溶剂对该反应结果的影响,指出利用乙酸乙脂洗涤反应物提取环状中间体是提纯双丙酮丙烯酰胺的有效方法.

Abstract:Diacetoneacrylamide of 99.5% was synthesized with acetone and acrylonitrile as raw material and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and scrubbing solvent on the reaction were examined. The results showed that the method was an effective method for purification of diacetoneacrylamide to use ethyl acetate as scrubbing solvent for acquiring circular intermediate product.
