| Abstract: | It is very urgent and significant to carry out the studies concerning water resources carrying capacity.This paper reviews the status in concepts,quantification methodologies,and evaluation index and assessment of the studies on water resources carrying capacity,points out the deficiencies in current studies and the problems for future research work,and provides the reference for further research on the region water resources supporting capacity. |
