缢蛏稚贝饵料和底质的研究

摘    要:给缢蛏稚贝投以三角褐指藻加钙质角毛藻和叉鞭金藻加钙质角毛藻的饵料效果最佳,稚贝不但生长快(日平均增长壳长82微米),而且存活率也高(90%)。饵料投放密度为:在培养第1-4天,2.5万个-5万个/毫升;第5-8天,每天增加至10万个/毫升左右;第9天后,可增至20万个/毫升。在稚贝培育初期宜在水底投放细砂或泥质砂,随着稚贝的生长发育,逐渐增加底质中泥土的比例,这样可提高育苗成活率。

Abstract:1. The spats of Sinonovacula constricta (Lamarck) were fed with the mixedalgal cultures of Phaedactylum tricosterim, Chaetoceros calcitrans, Dicrateri zhanji-anggensis and Ohaetoceros calcitrans, to obtian the expicted results. The spats notonly attain a fast growth in increasing shell length dialy but also has a high survivalrate at 90%. 2. In additionu to the screening of food culture, attentions should also be paid tothe density of food. According to the experiments, daily food density should be keptat 25-50 thousand individual per milliliter at the first four days, and about 100 thou-sand individuals per milliliter during thefifth to eighth day. The density can beenincreased to 200 thousand individuals per milliliter after the ninth day of culturing. 3. In the artificial culturing of Sinonovacula constricta, fine sand or silt withsand substrate should be provided when the metamorphosis of larvae into spats takeplace. In order to obtain high survival rate of the spats, the proportion of mud shouldbe increased with the development and growth of the spats, (in the stage of bifora,sand: mud = 5:4).
