乳酸菌复合系SFC-2增菌培养基的优化

摘    要:通过对乳酸菌复合系SFC-2培养基的组分进行响应面优化,从而得出SFC-2优化培养基配方为白砂糖10g/L、蛋白胨31.36g/L、牛肉膏15.57g/L、酵母膏10g/L、乙酸钠7.3g/L、柠檬酸三铵4g/L、KzHP044g/L、MgS04·7H200.58g/L、MnSO4·H200.25g/L。SFC-2在此培养基中经30℃,16h培养,其活菌数可达到4.0×10^8cfu/mL,较MRS-S中(8.2×10^7cfu/mL)提高近5倍。

Abstract:The medium components for LAB community SFC-2 were optimized by response surface meth- odology,which contained white granulated sugar 10 g/L,peptone 31.36 g/L,beef extract 15.57 g/L,yeast extract 10 g/L,sodium acetate 7.3 g/L,triammonium citrate 4 g/L,K2 HPO4 4 g/L,MgSO4 · 7H2O 0. 58 g/L,MnSO4 · H2O 0.25 g/L. After cultivation in optimization medium for 16 h at 30 ℃ ,the viable count of SFC-2 was 4.0 × 10a cfu/mL, which was about 5 times higher than that in MRS-S(8.2 × 107 cfu/mL).
