摘    要:将22只山羊随机分为5组,即对照组、内毒素血症模型组(内毒素LPS1800EU/kg)、内毒素血症氨基胍组(AG25mg/kg)、大剂量内毒素血症模型组(内毒素LPS5400EU/kg)和大剂量内毒素血症氨基胍组。肉眼观察动物精神状态和粪便的变化;用体温计检测直肠体温;用听诊器记录呼吸频率。结果表明:实验后1~9h,大、小剂量的内毒素(LPS)均使山羊表现出不同程度的精神不振、腹泻、食欲废绝。体温显著升高(P〈0.05),24h后体温恢复正常(P〉0.05);但氨基胍对内毒素血症时体温的变化无调理作用(P〉0.05)。小剂量LPS和氨基胍对呼吸频率无影响(P〉0.05);大剂量LPS却显著增加了山羊呼吸频率(P〈0.05),同时氨基胍也显著阻止了呼吸频率的升高(P〈0.05)。揭示体温、呼吸与内毒素剂量存在依赖关系;小剂量的氨基胍(25mg/kg)对内毒素血症时体温变化没有影响,但可明显减少呼吸频率。

Abstract:Twenty-two hybrid goats were divided randomly into five groups, control (1) and experimental (2, 3, 4 and 5) groups: controls were treated with saline, and experimental groups that received 50 ml of saline containing lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (E. coli O_ 111 B_4) at 1800 endotoxin unit(EU)/kg body weight, saline with LPS at 5400 EU/kg body weight, and 25 mg of aminoguanidine (AG) for the last two groups after injection with the same dose of LPS as above two groups. The clinical features, such as the feces status, body temperature and respiratory rate, were examined for evaluation of the systemic responses. The results of this study indicated that the depression, diarrhea, anorexia, fever and tachyp-noea could be shown following endotoxin treatment and that there were no significant differences between small dose LPS and LPS + AG groups (P>0.05) when goats were injected with small dose of LPS. AG could significantly alleviate clinical signs induced by endotoxin, and the feces and body temperature regain to normal in groups treated with LPS and AG at 24 h after large dose endotoxin challenge. However the body temperature significantly elevated at 36h after large dose endotoxin administration compared with the control group (P<0.05). The respiratory rate was lower in goats treated with LPS and AG than that of goats treated with LPS at 1 h, 3 h and 24 h following LPS injection(P<0.05). These results indicated that there was the dependent relationship between the dosage of LPS and the changes of body temperature and respiratory rate.
