摘    要:本文主要介绍了目前国外常用的牛奶中青霉素残留的微生物学检测方法。微生物学检测方法可分为微生物抑制法、微生物受体法和酶比色法。并对微生物学检测方法中存在的影响因素进行了分析。

Abstract:The paper introduced the microbiological methods in the world which were frequently used to detect penicillin residues in milk. Microbiological methods are classified as the microbial growth inhibition assay, microbial receptor assay, and enzymatic colorimetric assay. The influential factors in microbiological methods are analyzed.
