摘    要:相关序列扩增多态(SRAP)是近几年发展起来的新型分子标记技术,具有简便、稳定、高共显性、易于得到选择条带序列等优点。阐述了SRAP的原理和流程,论述了SRAP在作物遗传图谱的构建、遗传多样性、基因定位等方面的研究进展及应用前景。

Abstract:equence-Related Amplified Polymorphism(SRAP) is a new kind of DNA molecular markers,which possesses characteristics such as simplicity,reliability,high co-dominance and easily getting sequence of selected bands.SRAP principles and protocols were described and its research advances and application in such aspects as genetic mapping,genetic diversity,gene tagging and so on were overviewed.
