| 摘 要： | 测定比较了云南省武定县、永胜县、祥云县、姚安县、大姚县的野坝子蜂蜜以及其他三种商品蜂蜜中维生素K(以下简称VK)的含量,结果表明:采自不同地域的野坝子蜂蜜中VK含量不同。其中采自祥云县的野坝子蜂蜜VK含量普遍较高,其次是大姚县、姚安县和永胜县,武定县的野坝子蜂蜜VK含量普遍偏低;不同品种的蜂蜜中VK含量差异较大。与其他3种市售商品蜜种(苕子蜜、枣花蜜和野藿香蜜)相比,野坝子蜂蜜的VK含量最高,其次是苕子蜜、野藿香蜜,VK含量最低的是枣花蜜。 |

| Abstract: | In this study, vitamin K （shorten as VK） content of three sorts of merchandize honeys and Elsholtzia rugulosa honey samples sampled respectively from Wuding county, Yongsheng county, Xiangyun county, Yaoan county and Dayao county of Yunnan province was tested and compared. The result show： the VK content of Elsholtzia rugulosa honey samples from different counties is different. For those sampled from Xiangyun county, the VK content is mostly high. And for those sampled from Wuding county, the VK content is mostly low. For the samples from the other three counties, they are in the middle; VK content of different honey sorts is also different. The Elsholtzia rugulosa honey is the highest, then the ViciaL honey and Agastache rugosa honey in turn, and the Flower bearing honey is the lowest. |
