南瓜果实营养成分测定与分析

摘    要:对南瓜12个品种(系或组合)的果实进行营养成份测定,结果显示南瓜果实富含碳水化合物、类胡萝卜素和维生素C;不同品种间营养成份含量差异很大.且类胡萝卜素和维生素C含量成正相关(r=0.785)。通过两个组合(F1代)与其亲本对比显示.F1代果实含类胡萝卜素随亲本果实含量的提高而提高。

Abstract:The in the nutritive composition of pumpkin fruit of twelve varieties (strain or F1progeny) was determined experiment. The results showed that pumpkin fruits contain morecarbohydrate, carotenoid and vitamin C, and nutritive compositions are more different in differentvarieties. Carotenoid and vitamin C in fruits are positive interrelation (r=0.785). Contrast of twoF, progeny with their parents show that content of carotenoid in the fruits of F1 proqeny is dependent on their parents.
