摘    要:本试验用无菌水对芦苇茎叶进行提取,分别测定提取液的抑茵活性和除草荆活性.结果表明:芦苇茎叶水提取液对番茄早疫病茵、苹果轮纹病茵、棉花枯萎病茵、瓜类枯萎病菌、小麦赤霉病茵、小麦全蚀病茵、苹果干腐病茵等7种供试茵都表现显著抑茵活性,抑制率分别为100%、99.29%、98.38%、92.44%、86.18%、79.63%、85.59%.对黄瓜和小麦茎伸长的抑制率分别为99.22%、97.21%.资源丰富的芦苇,其抑茵活性和潜在的除草活性极具开发价值.

Abstract:Sterile water were used to extract the reed stems and leaves,and the fungistasis effects and herbicide activities of the water extract were tested. The results showed that the water extract had remarkable inhibiting effect on 7 species of fungi, which including Alternaria solani, Physalospora nasei, Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.vasinfectum(Atk).Snydei et Handson, Fusarium oxysporumf Schlecht, Fusarium graminearum Schw, Gaeumannomyces graminis and Botryosphaeria berengeriana, and the inhibition rates to all tested fungi were 100%, 99.29%, 98.38%, 92.44%, 86.18%, 79.63% and 85.59%, respectively. At the same time, the water extract could evidently inhibite cucumber and wheat stem growing, with inhibiting rate was 99.22% and 97.21% separately. The reed resources were rich, and its fungistasis effects and potential weedicide activities were very worthy developing.
