通江百合多倍体诱导试验初报

摘    要:用0.15%秋水仙碱溶液处理通江百合(2 n=2 x=24)1.5 a生实生苗及其他百合的生长点后,有些植株顶芽形态变异明显。对变异部分的形态和解剖特征测定后,作统计分析表明,叶长、节间长、茎粗与未处理的植株相比差异显著或极显著,但叶宽的变化不明显。在显微镜下观测变异叶片下表皮细胞和气孔,细胞长度显著变小、宽度却几乎没有变化;气孔数量显著减少,气孔宽度增大明显、长度却略有缩小。将茎上变异部分分化出的珠芽栽植后,取其根尖细胞在显微镜下观察,看到有相当一部分细胞的染色体数已变为2 n=4 x=48。

Preliminary Study on Induced Polyploid in Lilium sargentiae Wils

Abstract:The stem tip of seed seedlings were treated with 0.15% colicine solution in Lilium sargentiae Wils (chromosome,2n= 2x=24) and other speeies of Lilium genus.It were founded that the some apical bud of them varied significantly on morphology and anatomy.The traits were measured and the data were analyzed by statistics method.It is found that leaf length,internode length, stem diameter are significantly different as compared with normal parts,but leaf width is non-significant.The lower epidermis of leafs were observed with microscope,it showed that the cell length changed into short extremely,but the cell width did almost not changed. And stoma number reduced and stoma width increased obviously,but stoma length was shorten slightly.The bulbils were collected from steins varied and sowed.Then,the cells of root tip were gotten and observed with microscope.It is found that chromosome of some cell had become polyploid (2n=4x=48).
