复序橐吾的光合特性及其影响因子

摘    要:采用C IRAS—2光合仪对1年生复序橐吾(Ligularia jaluensisKom.)的光合作用日变化、光响应曲线进行测定,光响应曲线采用叶子飘新模型进行拟合;对影响其光合作用的生理因子和环境因子进行相关分析。结果表明:复序橐吾净光合速率日变化在夏季呈双峰型,有光合"午休"现象,午休现象主要受非气孔因素限制。复序橐吾净光合速率与叶片温度呈极显著正相关,与外界CO2摩尔分数呈极显著负相关,与胞间CO2摩尔分数呈显著负相关。复序橐吾光饱和点为747.49μmol.m-2.s-1、光补偿点为19.06μmol.m-2.s-1、最大净光合速率为4.95μmol.m-2.s-1及表观量子效率为0.067 mol/mol,表现出阴生植物特性。
