摘    要:以二氯甲烷液-液萃取水样,采用CP-SIL 5 CB毛细管柱气相色谱法分析测定了地表水样品中的9种有机磷农药残留量。结果表明,该方法的检出限范围为8.43×10-3~4.41×10-2μg/L,加标平均回收率为80.8%~114.5%,RSD为2.90%~7.72%,降低了测试成本,为地表水样品有机磷农药残留的测定提供了一套实用的检测方法。

Abstract:In the lab test the water samples were extracted by dichloromethane-liquid extraction and the residual quantity of 9 kinds of organic phosphorous pesticide in earth surface water samples was determined by CP-SIL 5 CB Capillary Column.Results showed that the detection limit of this method was in 8.43×10-3 μg/L~4.41×10-2 μg/L,the average recovery was in 80.8%~114.5% and RSD was in 2.90%~7.72%,which decreased the tested cost and provided a suit of practical method for determining the residual of organic phosphorous pesticide in earth surface water samples.
