规模化猪场大肠杆菌多价灭活苗的免疫试验

摘    要:目的]为减少大肠杆菌给规模化猪场造成的经济损失提供理论依据。方法]用湖北省3个规模化猪场分离的致病性大肠杆菌O抗原优势血清型菌株,制备成3种自制多价灭活苗,分别于产前30、15d对30头妊娠母猪进行免疫保护试验。结果]自制大肠杆菌多价灭活苗的甲醛含量为0.15%,符合质量标准。使用该苗进行免疫后,仔猪的平均发病率为5.8%,比对照组降低了40.8%。该疫苗免疫保护效果理想,平均保护率为87.5%。该疫苗较好地预防了仔猪黄痢、白痢的发生,极大地提高了仔猪成活率。结论]在实际生产中,应定期从发病猪群中分离大肠杆菌菌株,根据分离结果不断调整灭活苗中的优势菌株。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for reducing the economic loss of large-scale pig farms that caused by Escherichia coli. Method] The dominant O-antigen serotype strains of pathogenic E. coli that were isolated from 3 large-scale pig farms in Hubei province were used to prepare 3 kinds of selfmade polyvalent inactivated vaccines. And the immune protection test was made on 30 pregnant sows on the prenatal 30th,15th d. Result] The formaldehyde content in the selfmade polyvalent inactivated vaccines against E. coli was 0.15%,which accorded with the quality standards. After piglets were immunized by this vaccine, the average incidence of piglets was 5.8%, which was decreased by 40.8% than that in control group. This vaccine had an ideal immune protective effect, with the average protective rate of 87.5% . This vaccine prevented the incidence of yellow and white scour of piglets better and greatly increased the survival rate of piglets. Conclusion] In practical production,E. coli strains should be separated from the diseased pig herd at fixed period and the dominant strains in the inactivated vaccine should be continuously adjusted according to the separation results.
