陆地棉长花柱系的选育及其杂种优势利用

摘    要: 通过海岛棉(G.barbadense L.)、陆地棉野生种系(G.hirsutum race)、陆地棉(G.hirsutum L.)栽培品种的多重杂交,育成的两个长花柱系,其柱头高出雄蕊群12mm以上,用花柱与雄蕊群等长的品系与长花柱系杂交作遗传分析。结果表明,长花柱属少数基因控制的数量性状,F#-2和回交后代分离比符合两对等位基因遗传。杂种F#-1花柱长度偏向等长花柱父本,杂种结实正常,不受恢复基因限制。长花柱系的柱头远高于雄蕊群,自花难以授粉,杂交可不去雄;花粉具备正常授粉能力,人工辅助授粉结实正常,自交繁殖无需保持系。杂种在光合生理性状上表现超亲优势。两个长花柱系农艺性状优良,尤其具有抗枯萎、黄萎病及抗棉蚜、红铃虫、棉铃虫等多种抗性。

Abstract:Two long style strains have been developed through multiple crosses between G.barbadense and G. hirsutum wild race and G.hirsutum cultivars. The stigmas of two strains were 12 mm higher than androecial. Crosses between the long style strains and the isostyle strains were used for genetic analysis, the results showed that long style trait was a quantitative trait controlled by a few genes. The segregation ratios of F 2 and backcross generations conformed to two pair allelic inheritance. The style length of hybrid F 1 tended to the paternal style length, the hybrid nomally set seed, and the heterosis utilization was not limited by restoring gene. The stigma of long style strains was much higher than androecial. The long style strains did not easily self pollinate and did not require emasculation. The pollens of long style strains had pollination ability, while conducting artificial supplementary pollination, they could set seeds nomally . They did not require maintainer line in self reproduction. Hybrid F 1 showed superior parent heterosis on photophysiological characteristics.It showed that there were top agrinomic characteristics in two long style strains and especially in multi resistance to cotton Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt, cotton aphis, boll worm and pink boll worm.
