| 摘 要： | 以乙醇、石油醚和三氯甲烷为溶剂,对朱顶红鳞茎中的活性物质进行索氏提取,并对其提取物进行了生物测定,结果表明:其活性物质对4种病原真菌菌丝生长都表现出抑制作用,浓度0.6 g/ml以上的抑菌效果明显;孢子萌发试验结果显示,石油醚提取物仅对荸荠枯萎病菌有抑制作用,氯仿提取物对小麦赤霉病菌、荸荠枯萎病菌和枇杷叶斑病菌的孢子萌发具有较强的抑制活性,抑制率均在62%以上,氯仿为提取朱顶红鳞茎活性成分的最佳溶剂。

| Abstract: | The active compounds from garlic bulbs of Hippeastrum vittatum were extracted with the method of sohxlet and the petroleum ether,methanol and chloroform as solvents and the result showed that petroleum ether,methanol and chloroform extracts(more than 0.6?g/ml) presented significant inhibitory action to mycelium growth of the four species of plant pathogenic fungi supplied.The results from the conidial germination experiment showed that petroleum ether extracts had certain inhibitory action only to the conidial germination of Fusarium oxysporium,the chloroform extracts had stronger inhibiting effects on the conidial germination of Fusarium graminearum,Fusarium oxysporium and Pestulotiopsis funerea,and the inhibiting rates were all more than 62%.Chloroform was the best solvent of extracting active compounds from garlic bulbs of Hippeastrum vittatum. |
