摘    要:研究表明,巨峰葡萄成熟种子种壳含有很高的ABA或类似物.用40%石灰氮浸出液处理18h打破休眠的效果最好.葡萄童期阶段细胞分裂素含量低,并且随节位升高变化迟缓,当临近阶段转变时,含量急剧上升.GA_3含量童期阶段高于转变期.GA_(4+7)在阶段转变部位含量急剧下降,CTK/GA_3急剧上升.生长素含量在童期阶段随着节位升高急剧增加,临近阶段转变时含量又急剧降低.脱落酸的含量则随着节位升高有缓慢上升的趋势.

Abstract:The breaking of the dormancy of mature grape seeds treated with lime nitrogen was studied, and the growth inhibiting substances in the seed coat, were determined. The changes of endogenous hormones in different pans of four-year-old Kyoho grape seedings were examined. Results showed that treatment of 40% lime nitrogen for 18 hours gave the strongest promoting effect for breaking dormancy. The lime nitrogen may dissolve the inhibiting substances including ABA or its alike, which are high in the seed coat of Kyoho grape, and break the seed dormancy. The cytokinin content in juvenile phase is low and increased slightly in the higher position, and increases sharply near the position of phase-transition. The GA3 content in juvenile phase is higher than that in transition phase. The GA4+? content decreases sharply in the part of phase-change,from where the CTK/GA3 increases rapidly. The endogenous auxin content in juvenile phase goes up rapidly in the upper positions of the cuttings, and goes down rapidly near the phase-transition. The ABA content has a slight increase tendency acropetally.
