| 摘 要： | 本文对杜洛克、汉普夏、甘肃黑猪、甘肃白猪４个品群及其９个杂交组合猪染色体杂合性与生产性能间的相关关系进行了研究。结果表明：（１）第１对染色体条比，可反映纯种猪染色体的纯合性；在杂种则可反映其杂合性及双亲的亲缘关系；（２）用条比值代表杂种猪的杂合性，预测优势率，对遗传力低的性状，具有一定的可靠性，而对遗传力高的性状，可靠性不大；（３）绝大多数杂交组合，随条比值的增大而瘦肉率提高；（４）条比值与骨重间存在显著的正相关；与失水率、眼肌纤维细度间无确定的相关。

| Abstract: | The chromasome heterozygosity and its correlation with productive porformance were investigated in 4 purebred pigs including Duroc,Hampshire,Gansu White and Gansu Black swine and 9 cross combinations of them. The results indicated that:(1)The ratio oflength for the first couple of chromosome showed the value of chromosome homozygosity and reflected the genetic stability and rearing degree in purebred pigs.(2)It was reliable to the fow heritability traits,but was unreliable to the high traits to use the proportion above instead of the heterozygosity when crossing superiority rates were fortold.(3)The lean meat percentage of the mostcross combinations raised with increas of the ratio of chromosome,(4)There was a significant positive correlation beteen the chromosome length ratio and the weight of bone,but not with waterlosing percentage and finenass of eye muslce fiber. |
