| Abstract: | The development of special field software by computer techniques is one of the hottest themes in China and other countries in recent years. A special software which integrates data management and modes decision for irrigation districts is in urgent need to be used by field workers with basic skills. The development of a model sub system for model decision making affiliated to Groundwater Table Forecasting System for irrigation districts based on data management information system and office sub system which provides output of data and results are introduced. |
