| 摘 要： | 高等农林院校肩负着为农业发展培养大批急需的富有创新精神的应用型、实用型人才的艰巨任务。本文结合山西农业大学教育教学实际,从六个方面阐述了培养农业本科创新人才的实践:更新教育思想理念;调整专业结构;优化综合培养计划;深化教学改革;加强创新型师资队伍建设;营造创新人才培养氛围。
