摘    要:激光快速成型技术是近代制造技术的一大飞跃,已开始应用于许多行业的产品开发和模具制造。近年来,随着我国节水灌溉事业的发展需求,开发适用我国国情且具有自主知识产权的节水灌溉新产品迫在眉睫。传统的产品开发工艺过程复杂、周期长、成本高,严重地制约了产品的开发进程。快速成型技术在本行业的应用,使得节水灌溉新产品的快速开发成为现实,对加速我国节水灌溉事业的发展具有显著的意义。简述了滴灌灌水器的激光快速成型技术原理、制作过程及其特点。

Abstract:Laser Rapid Protype is a great leap of modern manufacturing technology. This technology has been used for developing products and moulds in many industries. Recently, with the increasing demands of water saving irrigation in China, it becomes imperative to develop new water saving irrigation products that are suitable for use in this country and to have the knowledge property right. The complicated, long-time and high-cost process in the traditional methods have seriously restricted product developing course. The use of the Rapid Protype technology in drip irrigation have realized rapid developing of new water saving irrigation products, and have significance of accelerating Chinese water saving irrigation enterprise. The principles, manufacture processes and characters of the Laser Rapid Protype technology used for producing drip irrigation emitters are briefly introduced.
