摘    要:结合红枣的特点和干燥品质的工艺要求,创新设计了一种红枣干燥在线测控系统,并应用该系统进行了红枣干燥试验。阐述了该测控系统的组成、原理及试验分析,在试验中实现自动采集干燥空气温度、风速、物料重量等数据,以及含水率变化曲线的实时显示、存储等功能,避免因为干燥条件调节滞后性导致的红枣干燥品质差等问题。结果表明:该测控系统工作性能可靠、运行稳定,在使用过程中操作简单方便、界面直观,实现了对红枣干燥加工过程的水分自动监测,从而提高红枣干燥生产效率。

Abstract:According to the requirements of drying characteristics and quality of jujube, a kind of online measurement and control sys- tem for drying jujube was creatively designed and used in a drying test. This paper introduces the system composition, principle of work and the test. During the test, data of temperatures and velocity of heated air and material weight was collected automatically, curve of moisture change was displayed and stored in real time. poor quality of drying jujube which caused by hysteretic nature of regulation of drying conditions was avoided. The results show that the online measurement and control system has high reliability working perform- ance, interface clarity, simple operation and ability of fully automatic monitoring and measuring for moisture in jujube drying process, so production efficiency of drying jujube was improved.
