| 摘 要： | 本文报导竹荪属(Dictyophora)的三种竹荪优良菌株的选育与栽培试验。结果表明,12个不同菌株之间的生物学特性与出荪的产量、质量均有差异;长裙竹荪(D.indusiata)—S_2菌株生长周期短,产量高,品质优;短裙竹荪(D.duplicata)—FS~1菌株品质优,子实体个数多,但较小,产量低;红托竹荪(D.rubrovolvata)—BS_1菌株子实体虽大,但很少,产量也低。栽培试验表明,不同菌株的产量与栽培的生态环境、栽培季节及品种有关。筛选出优良菌株——长裙竹荪S_2,可作为今后竹荪大田栽培推广的菌株。

| Abstract: | The experimental results of the selective breeding and cultivation of three species of excellent strains in Dictyophora are reported in this paper. It shows that there exist differences in the biological characteristics, yields and quality among twelve different strains. The growth period of the S2 strain of D. indusiata is short, its yield being high and its quality excellent. The qua-lity of the FS1 strain of D. duplicata is excellent with a large number of its fruiting body, but the fruiting body is smaller and therefore the yield is low . Although the fruiting body of the BS1 strain of D. rubrovolvata is big, the number of the fruiting body is smaller and so the yield is also low.It indicates that the yield of different strains is related to its cultivated ecological euvironment, cultivated season and variety in this cultivated experiment. The excellent strain-the S2 strain of D. indusiata has been selectedand can be used as the field cultivated strain for extension in future. |
