| 摘 要： | 目的]为桃亚属植物分类提供依据。方法]采用透明胶布粘取法,观察碧桃、油桃、晚蜜桃叶面气孔的数量和长宽度。结果]经I-KI染色后气孔呈黄色清晰可见。3种桃树中气孔数量最多的是油桃,为70.614个/mm2;晚蜜桃其次,为58.111个/mm2;碧桃最少,为50.405个/mm2。结论]3种桃树中,晚蜜桃气孔的长宽度均最大,油桃次之,碧桃最小。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the classification of peach subgenus.Method] Using the transparent adhesive tape adherence method,the stomata number,legnthe and width of P.persica var.nucipersica Schneid,P.persica Batsch.var.duplex Rehd and late maturing honey peach were observed.Results] After I-KI dyeing,the stomata were clear and yellow.The stomata number of P.persica var.nucipersica Schneid was the most,being 70.614 /mm2.And that of late maturing honey peach was 58.111 /mm2 and P.persica Batsch.var.duplex Rehd was 50.405 /mm2.Conclusion] The length and width of stomata in late maturing honey peach were the maximum,followed by P.persica var.nucipersica Schneid and P.persica Batsch.var.duplex Rehd was the minimum. |
