小麦对条锈菌入侵反应的超微结构研究

摘    要:用电镜研究小麦细胞对条锈菌入侵反应发现,在吸器发育过程中,寄主细胞的细胞器,如细胞核、内质网、叶绿体、高尔基体等常与吸器相伴随,在吸器四周的寄主原生质中形成与侵染有关的管状复合体,该结构可直接与吸器外质膜相连接;寄主细胞可向吸器颈部四周分泌和沉积大量的胼胝质,并可将颈部完全包围.经细胞化学染色表明,胼胝质的主要成分为多糖.

Abstract:Wheat cell responses to iavasion of wheat stripe rust were studied by means of electron microscopy.It was observed that during the development of haustorium in wheat cell,the host nuclei, en-doplasmic reticulum,chloroplasts,Golgi bodies were associated with haustorium and in the host proto-plasm near haustorium,there were many tubules which were continous with extrahanstorial membrance.It had been found that the host cell was to deposit collar around the neck of haustorium,and the collar could enclose whole of the neck and was composed of polysaccharide.The physiological function of the observation results above was disccused in this paper.
