摘    要:在甘蓝与萝卜细胞电融合中,以3次电脉冲处理,细胞融合率最高,但在高电压下,细胞破裂数增多。在200V脉冲电压时,可得到较高的细胞融合率和植板率。正弦交变电场的强度及处理时间均对细胞融合率和植板率有影响,本试验中以20V、3s处理效果最佳。

Abstract:The most rate of protoplast fusions was got under the three times electrical pulse between radish and cabbage. But the number of cell split increased high voltage. On the 200V electrical pulse,the most high rate of protoplast fusion and plating efficiency was obstained. The time and strength of sine electrical field all have effect on the rate of protoplast fusion and plating efficiency. The best results was made on this condition 20V,30 s in this experiment.
