摘    要:研究结果:①PP333诱导芦笋芽苗生根的效果与嘧啶醇近似,二者的生根率分别为85.0%和86.7%;PP333诱导芽苗生根的最佳浓度为1.0mg/l;②茎切段在含PP333的培养基上诱导生根后,及时转培于无激素培养基是培养易移栽试管苗的基本技术程序;③将芦笋试管苗置5~10klx光强下闭瓶炼苗7~10天后,直接移栽于含黄绵土和细沙各50%的苗床,上覆塑料薄膜拱棚,平均移栽成活率为85%.

Abstract:The main results of the study on superior male clone propagation of Asparagus in vitro are as follows:1 Rooting effects of Asparagus,hoots with PP333 was as similar as Ancymidol.The rooting rate was 85.0% with PP333 and 86.7% with Ancymidol respectively.2 Transferring culture for rooted plantlets of Asparagus from medium with hormone to one without hormone is an effective procedure for producing plantlets easy to transplanting.3 Average survival rate of transplanting plantlets of Asparagus was 85.0%,when the acclimatization was under 5-10 klx for 7-10 days before transplanting to seedbed with fine sand and yellow cotton soil(1:1),25 cm thick coverd with plastic arch shed.
