| 摘 要： | 文章总结了"十一五"以来中国农业科学院加强科研项目管理的主要做法,浅析了建设世界一流农业科研院所对科研项目管理的要求和现存问题,并提出了加强科研立项统筹布局、加强项目储备工作、积极争取更大规模的财政稳定支持、创新科研项目执行绩效评价制度等加强科研项目管理的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The main practices to strengthen the management of scientific research projects in Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences since "the Eleventh-Five-Year period" were summarized in the paper.Requirements and existing problems towards constructing a first-class agricultural research institute in the world were analyzed.Some advices to strengthen scientific research project management were put forward,i.e.,strengthening overall distribution of scientific research programs,strengthening program reserve,positively working for more and steady financial support,innovating evaluating system of scientific research results and effect,etc. |
