| 摘 要： | 随着大学毕业生就业制度的改革和各高校毕业生人数的逐年增加,大学生就业的压力和难度也在不断地加大。从大学生职业理想的形成、综合素质的全面提高等方面分析了加强大学生职业生涯规划教育的必要性,提出大学生职业生涯规划应处理好职业生涯教育与社会需求、专业和个人特长的关系,并根据不同年级的特点提出了引导学生认知职业生涯规划的重要性、掌握必备的求职技巧、初步确定长期发展职业目标等具体措施,做好大学生职业生涯教育。

| Abstract: | It is more and more difficult to be employed with their first degree for almost all of the university students nowadays as the new education system appears and the university and college recruitment grows steadily.How to give them a practical guidance is a big challenge for the teacher assistants.Psychologically,university students should be always available to know what he or she must offer after receiving their first degree and how to prepare themselves comprehensively.In his article the potential of the state of the art theory for supervising university student is discussed in terms of different group of students of different majors. |
