| Abstract: | It is both precise and fast to calculate the land area for "Returning Farmland to Forest" program by applying a new computer calculation program combined with enclosed guideline measurement by compass. This technique may save a lot of man power and significantly reduce the cost for fulfilling corresponding programs, so it is worthy of extending in practice. |
