| 摘 要： | 探索了采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定冷蒿内源激素——赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)的方法,结果表明,以C18柱为分离柱,以甲醇∶1.8％冰乙酸∶水=30∶50∶20为流动相,在柱温35℃,波长254nm,流速1.0ml/min的检测条件下能快速、准确的测定冷蒿内源激素.

| Abstract: | The endogenous hormones,ABA,IAA,GA3,were tested with High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) method.The results showed that endogenous hormones in Artemisia frigida can be rapid and accurately determined under the following conditions: C18 column as separation column,methanol∶1.8% ice acetic acid∶water = 30∶50∶20 as mobile phase,column temperature 35℃,wavelength 254nm,velocity 1.0ml/min. |
