摘    要:丛枝菌根(AM)真菌能诱导植物合成一些信号物质,如茉莉酸(JA)、水杨酸(SA)、一氧化氮(NO)、H2O2等,这些信号在AM真菌与植物识别、共生体建立和激活植物防御系统过程中发挥着重要作用1].

Abstract:The split-root cultivated system was employed to study the effect of inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungus Glomus mosseae on inducing salicylic acid(SA),jasmonic acid(JA),nitric oxide(NO) and defense enzymes in roots of tomato(Solanum lycopersicum) seedlings,and on its disease resistance to Meloidogyne incognita.After inoculating G.mosseae,the contents of SA,JA and NO in tomato roots were increased at first and then decreased.When being inoculated with G.mosseae and M.incognita in the same room,the content of the 3 signal substances were the most.Thirty-five days after being inoculated,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),β-1,3-glucanase and chitinase were significantly higher than that of the control.The treatment with G.mosseae and M.incognita in the same room showed that the most effect on reducing tomato disease index and M.incognita population,the disease index and the total number of the nematode per gram roots reduced by 60% and 75%,respectively.It suggested that AM fungi could improve plant disease resistance through inducing signal substances and defense enzymes in plants.
