滚筒式牧草烘干机控制系统非线性回归模型

摘    要:采用正交设计与回归分析相结合的方法,获得滚筒牧草烘干机高温状态下的参数,建立了控制出口温度的非线性回归模型。研究结果表明:影响出口温度的主要因素是滚筒转速,其次是入口温度,出口风速影响最小;所选模型控制参数少,反应时间灵敏,预测最大偏差为3.2 8℃,最小偏差为0.1 3℃,能满足生产要求,为滚筒牧草烘干机控制系统提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:According to orthogonal design and regression analysis method,the parameters of the rotary forage dryer under high temperature were obtained and a non-linear regression model was established to control outlet temperature.The results showed that the most important factor for the outlet temperature was roller rotary speed,followed the inlet temperature,and outlet wind velocity was least;the number of control parameters for the selected model was fewer and reaction time was shorter.The maximum predict deviatio...
