| 摘 要： | 以中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所为例，从强化项目库建设、加强项目策划、加强科研管理队伍建设、发挥学术学院会作用和完善管理制度等方面总结了该所在科研项目管理方面的主要经验和做法，分析其存在的问题，并从强化项目过程管理、提高管理队伍素质、完善激励机制等方面提出建议，以期为加强农业科研院所科研项目管理提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Taking Environment and Plant Protection Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, achievements of the scientific research were summarized. Experience and methods in scientific research projects management were summarized from four aspects below, i.e., strengthening the construction of agricultural scientific research projects library, strengthening the scientific research project planning, giving full play to the academic committee, strengthening the construction of research management team, improving the management system, etc. And the existed problems were also analyzed in this paper. Suggestions on improving the management of research projects scientific were put forward, i.e., strengthening process management of research projects, improving the quality of research management team, establishing and improving the assessment and incentive mechanism, and has offered reference for the strengthening management of scientific research projects in agricultural research institutes. |
