成花诱导期喷施烯效唑和赤霉素对荔枝叶片叶绿素荧光特征的影响

摘    要:冬季喷施烯效唑(S-3307)已成为荔枝成花诱导期"控梢促花"的重要措施,阐明S-3307对叶片光合能力的影响将为其在荔枝生产中的推广应用提供重要的理论支持。在荔枝成花诱导期,喷施S-3307(1 250 mg/L)和GA3(90μmol/L)后15 d,用叶绿素荧光仪对荔枝叶片的荧光特征参数和光响应曲线进行测定分析。结果显示,喷施S-3307和GA3可以显著提高荔枝叶片的Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0等叶绿素荧光参数。光响应曲线分析结果显示:S-3307和GA3处理使Fv’/Fm’、q P、PCR和ETR等叶绿素特征参数增加,NPQ降低;从荔枝叶片PSⅡ反应中心能量分配比率上看,S-3307和GA3处理后P和E增加、D减小,将有利于更多的能量用于光化学反应,提高光化学效率。表明在荔枝成花诱导期喷施S-3307和GA3均可提高荔枝叶片的光合能力,但其作用机制可能不同。
