香水椰子果实发育过程中营养元素含量的变化

摘    要:为了给香水椰子的施肥管理提供科学依据,以香水椰子果实为材料,研究果实发育过程中外果皮、中果皮、内果皮和果肉(固体胚乳)中N、P、K、Ca、Mg 5种营养元素的含量、分布与吸收规律。结果表明:(1)5种营养元素含量均随着果实的发育总体呈递减规律(内果皮中Mg含量相反),但元素的吸收累积总量则相反;(2)在1~6个月果龄时,N、P主要分布在内果皮,K主要分布在中果皮和内果皮;7~10个月果龄时,N、P、K主要分布在果肉;Ca主要分布在中果皮;Mg主要分布在内果皮;(3)5种元素在4个部位均以K含量最高,其次为N含量,而P、Ca、Mg含量在不同发育阶段排序不同;(4)营养元素的分布累积与各部位的生物量大小、元素本身的含量和特性密切相关。

Abstract:The objective of the study is to provide scientific basis for aromatic coconut fertilization management.Taking aromatic coconut fruits as materials, the nutrient content and distribution rule of five kinds of elements(N, P, K, Ca and Mg, the same as below)in the epicarp, mesocarp, endocarp and the fruit flesh(solid endosperm)were studied during the fruit development. The results showed that firstly, except Mg in the endocarp, five kinds of nutrition elements content in the different parts were decreased, while the element accumulation amount had reverse trend during the fruits development.Secondly, during one to six months old, N and P were mainly distributed in the endocarp, and K mainly was in the mesocarp and endocarp. During seven to ten months old, N, P, K were mainly distributed in the fruit flesh, Ca mainly in mesocarp, and Mg mainly in the endocarp. Thirdly, K content was the highest for the five kinds of elements on the different development steps in four parts, followed by N content, while the content of P, Ca, Mg were changed in all development steps. Fourthly, the distribution of nutrients accumulation was closely related to the biomass, the content and characteristics of the elements themselves in each part of fruits.
