| 摘 要： | 目的研究茸角蜜膏的抗炎作用。方法用小白鼠耳肿胀法和大白鼠足肿胀法观察茸角蜜膏对致炎剂引起的小白鼠耳肿胀和大白鼠足肿胀的影响。用棉球植入法观察茸角蜜膏对大白鼠和小白鼠棉球肉芽组织增生的影响。以毛细血管通透性实验,观察茸角蜜膏对致炎剂所致小白鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。结果茸角蜜膏能显著抑制二甲苯引起的小白鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶引起的大白鼠足肿胀,对小白鼠和大白鼠棉球肉芽组织增生有显著性抑制作用,对冰乙酸所致小白鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进具有显著抑制作用。结论茸角蜜膏具有显著的抑制急性炎症和慢性炎症的作用,抗炎效果与剂量有一定的量效关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Rongjiaomi pastes on anti-inflammation.Methods 1.To observe effect of Rong Jiao Mi pastes on the ear edema induced by inflammatory agents in mice and paw swelling induced by that in rat with method of the ear edema in mice and paw swelling in rat 2.To observe the effect of Rongjiaomi pastes on granulation tissue hyperplesia induced by cotton ball in mice and rat with the method of grafting cotton ball into tissue hyperlesia 3.To observe the effect of Rongjiaomi pastes on capillary permeability of abdominal cavity induced by inflammatory agents,using method of testing capillary permeability Results Rongjiaomi pastes could inhibit obviously the ear edema induced by dimethyl benzene in mice and paw swelling induced by carrageenan in rat.On capillary permeability of abdominal cavity induced by glacial acetic acid,Rongjiaomi pastes had significantly inhibition Conclusions Rongjiaomi pastes has obviously inhibition on acute and chronic inflammation,its anti-inflammatory effect and dose have some relationship in direct ratio and it is a outstanding healthy food. |
