摘    要:在自然条件下,研究了4个小麦基因型各组织器官氮素的动态分布与累积变化。结果表明:基因型间在叶、茎、颖壳、叶鞘未包被的穗下节部分的氮素含量和籽粒蛋白质含量上存在着显著差异。叶片是前期组织氮素的重要贮存器官和籽粒灌浆中氮素的主要供给源。叶片组织氮素的含量在幼苗期最高,而叶氮总量的累积则在孕穗期最多。籽粒

Abstract:A field trial was conducted to examine the changes of the distribution and accumulation of nitrogen in various plant parts throughout the growing season. The results indicated that significant genotypic differences existed for the nitrogen content of leaf, stem, peduncle and chaff, as well as the protein content of developing grain. The leaf was the major storage organ for nitrogen and the source of nitrogen for grain filling. The nitrogen content of the leaf was the highest at the seedling stage, but the highest nitrogen accumulation occurred at the booting stage. Increase of the grain protein content and grain protein yield was usually accompanied by decrease of nitrogen levels of the various plant organs. Application of nitrogenous fertilizer could markedly increase the plant part nitrogen content and the grain protein content. It was found from the 5 samplings after the booting stage that, in most cases, the plant part nitrogen content was usually significantly positively correlated with grain protein content, indicating that selection for higher plant part nitrogen are helpful for the identification of genotypes with high grain protein content.
