摘    要:干制辣椒种子经60Coγ射线辐照后种植,获得一株茸毛变异株。以多年自交的多茸毛系及其姊妹系无茸毛系和少茸毛系为试验材料,研究干旱胁迫条件下辣椒体表不同茸毛状态与抗旱性的关系。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下多茸毛系植株抗萎蔫的能力显著优于无茸毛系和少茸毛系;干旱胁迫前期主要表现为抑制植株生长,多茸毛系的株高,茎粗和节间数分别比对照降低3.38%,7.25%和2.7%,降低幅度显著低于其他系;持续到结果期,多茸毛系的抗旱能力优势表现在产量降低量较少,为22.94%,而无茸毛系降低69.91%,少茸毛系降低42.94%,表明辣椒体表茸毛性状在干旱胁迫下能有效降低辣椒经济产量的损失率,耐旱能力与茸毛多少有关。

Abstract:Abstract:Dry pepper seeds was irradiated by 60Co γ rays, a hairiness mutant was selected. After many years self cross,the numberous hair line, glabrous line and less hair line were developed and used to study the relationship between different hairiness character and drought resistance under drought stress.  The results showed, the wilting resistance ability of numberous hair line was significantly higher than that of glabrous line and less hair line under drought stress. The major influence of earlier period of drought stress was to inhibit the plant height, stem diameter and number of joint, which of the numberous hair line was decreased 338%,725% and 27%, respectively, the decrease range was obviously lower than other two lines. When drought stress applied at fruiting stage, the numberous hair line showed drought resistance and its yield decreased only 2294%, the yield of glabrous line and the less hair line decreased 6991% and 7294%.It is indicated that the ability of drought resistance was associated to the density of the hairs and  hairiness character of pepper could decrease the loss rate of pepper economic yield effectively.
