| 摘 要： | 新疆林果基地建设虽然在规模扩张上取得了显著成绩,但在基地建设效益上还存在很多问题.通过对新疆特色林果业发展现状分析,找出提高新疆特色林果基地效益中存在的主要问题与困难,提出解决的关键技术问题,引领新疆林果业向"优质、高产、高效、生态、安全"的目标发展,持续保证农民增收,促进特色林果产业的健康发展.

| Abstract: | Althoug the construction of forestry and fruit growing has achieved gratifying successes,there still exist many problems the construction of the base is facing.In this paper the present state of Xinjiang forestry and fruit growing was analyzed.There were a lot of problems and difficulties in improving the base effectiveness of featured forestry and fruit growing in Xinjiang.The key techniques of solving the problems were put forward.The forestry and fruit growing in Xinjiang should be developed based on the target of high quality,high yield,high efficiency and security,by which the farmers' income will be ensured. |
